FLIP TWO: BURRILLVILLE

While waiting for the closing of the Cranston house, Brian and Dave decided on a flip in Burrillville.
 Time for Plastering & Prepping
Brian and Dave decided to keep this original molding in place.  Very unique looking and adds lots of character.
 Close up of original molding
They already put the cabinets in before this picture got taken.  Love the cherry wood.
 Original molding now painted white
Someone's getting a jacuzzi bathroom tub!
According to Dave and Brian, this house should be completed within the next week or so.  Should be on the market soon.  If you like this house and would like a walk through please contact  Brian.  Remember, they also do remodel jobs for all of your needs.

FLIP TWO: CRANSTON

On to the next flip!  This little foreclosure gem is located in the Eden Park section of Cranston.  Currently, it has 2 bedrooms and one bath.  The thought is, that we'd like to expand and make it a 3 bedroom (which is obviously more desirable for a a family) It has a lot of cute touches and some updates already - but also needs a new roof and some other more cosmetic type of touches. We close on this in early January and should be back on the market for some lucky family in late February.  Keep checking us out as we'll be posting more before pictures in the next week or so.

This whole house was completely remodeled in less than ONE month.  Dave and Brian did an amazing job!  Loving the Benjamin Moore Historical colors in the house!  I can't believe how GORGEOUS the upstairs bedroom is - compared to what it looked like before.  Its a perfect little bungalow.

FLIP ONE: NORTH PROVIDENCE: BEFORE PICTURES

The lovely green house

The Front Porch
The entry way.  The built ins are in decent shape.  Those will be staying.
Other side of the same room.  Dug thru the wall and found the electrical for sconses.
Gutted the kitchen.  Just received delivery of the cherry cabinets.
Other side of the kitchen.  This is where the appliances/cabinets will go.
One of the three bedroom.  The windows/moldings are painted an excellent shade of teal. Notice the hardwood floor throughout - just need refinishing.
The teal adds such a nice touch..dont you think?  :)
Bedroom Number Two
The most amount of money spent on the original house is the granite landing on the stairs.  I almost fell on them they were so slippery.

Third Bedroom. The previous owners had amazing taste in color, wouldnt you say?
The John

Master Bath.
It will be a nice open floor plan when finished.
Oops.  Cant forget the garage.  Dont you think the star is a nice touch?
Brian locking up.  Trust me honey, no one is going to want anything.
